AT&T Perspectives

“Perspectives” is a day-long business event featuring high profile speakers.  After several hours of listening to speeches in an enclosed area of the Sacramento Convention Center, all the attendees were anxious to stand and move through the buffet line.  The Lundquist Company suggested that a luncheon tent be erected on the upstairs outdoor patio for AT&T, the Presenting Sponsor. The same food would be served upstairs as in the buffet lines downstairs. A few colored linens, floral centerpieces, a carving station and some accent props created a casual environment where AT&T guests could get a breath of fresh air, avoid the long food lines and network with other guests.  At the end of the day, the tent was transformed into a reception area for sponsors and speakers.
